With pilot sites at SingHealth Polyclinics–Punggol and Our Tampines Hub, Family Nexus provides convenient access to services ranging from developmental screening and lactation support to parenting workshops and emotional wellbeing. By connecting families with the right support early, it helps build confidence throughout their parenting journey.

Beyond healthcare, Family Nexus partners Families for Life and community organisations to offer marriage enrichment, parenting programmes and family resources. This integrated approach supports parents from preconception through early childhood, strengthening family wellbeing both at home and in the community.

Building healthier families, together

Family Nexus was created to make it easier for families with young children to access coordinated health and social support close to home. Through the pilot sites, parents can receive services such as child development screening, maternal health support, lactation counselling and emotional wellbeing services, alongside marriage and parenting programmes.

The initiative is a collaboration between public healthcare clusters, Families for Life Council and community partners, bringing together expertise from across healthcare and social services. By offering holistic support in a single location, Family Nexus helps families address concerns early while equipping parents with the knowledge and confidence to navigate each stage of their parenting journey. As the pilot evolves, SingHealth will continue working with national partners to evaluate and expand the initiative, creating stronger support networks and healthier communities for families across Singapore.
