Associate Professor Moi Lin Ling spent decades strengthening Singapore's infection prevention capabilities. From growing a small team into today's multidisciplinary Infection Prevention and Epidemiology programme to shaping regional infection control efforts, her work laid the foundations that helped Singapore respond swiftly to outbreaks such as SARS and COVID-19.
